In one of the biggest recruitment examinations led in Kerala on a single day, more than four lakh applicants attempted their fortunes to secure a vocation for around 500 opportunities in the government run Beverages Corporation on October 22 (Saturday).
The exam, led by the State Public Services Commission, was for the reported opportunities of Lower Division Clerk in the general population area organization.
It was one of the biggest examinations held by the office on a solitary day, the PSC sources said.
Lakhs of candidates, including ladies and in an unexpected way abled, showed up for the examination in more than 2,000 focuses, orchestrated by the office, over the state.
Instructive organizations, including schools and universities, regardless of helped and unaided parts, were swung to examination focuses to oblige the vast number of candidates, they said.
"The correct figures of the applicants who showed up for the exam, would be accessible later," PSC sources included.
