"The Muslims had given 1 bigha arrive 10 years back and we had made a little sanctuary. Around two years prior, we began extending the sanctuary and developed shy of land. The Muslims then gave another a large portion of a bigha around then. Somewhere in the range of six months prior, they gave the staying half bigha as well," Shivpal Singh Meel, a previous sarpanch of the town, said.

Meel included that the Jats never approached their Muslim neighbors for the land and they themselves approached to help them.

"There is colossal fraternity between the groups here. On the introduction of the sanctuary as well, which occurred on Friday, individuals and pioneers from both the groups came," he said.
