Nithari Murder Case: Moninder Singh Pandher, Surinder Koli sentenced to death in Pinki Sarkar murder case
Ghaziabad: A special CBI court here on Monday granted death sentence to business person Moninder Singh Pandher and his domestic help Surinder Koli in one of the instances of the sensational Nithari killings.
Pandher and Koli were condemned to death in Pinki Sarkar kill case.
While naming the Nithari killings case as 'rarest of rare', judge Pawan Kumar Tiwari granted death sentence to both the convicts.
Pandher and his local help Koli were held blameworthy of capturing, assault, and murder for the situation.
Police had found 19 skeletons from Pandher's home in Nithari in Noida on December 29, 2006.
Pandher and Koli were charge-sheeted in 16 of the 19 cases, while three were shut for need of proof.
The majority of the casualties were young ladies.
