Indian Premier League 2019: Ahead of the next season of the IPL, Virat Kohli responded to Jasprit Bumrah's fiery warning.
Virat Kohli is back with a stern response to his teammate Jasprit Bumrah for the challenge he threw at him in a recent ad video. Ahead of the Indian Premier League 2019, Bumrah in a video advertisement had claimed that he is still not there as the best bowler in the world having not enjoyed much success against Kohli - one of the best batsman in the world.
On Wednesday, Kohli responded to Bumrah's challenge and had a brief message for the youngster as the banter between the fiery duo continued. Kohli and Bumrah will go head to head in the IPL with their respective franchises Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians and the duel between two of the finest of their trade will prove to be an epic one.
Responding to Bumrah's warning that he won't be on Kohli's side in the IPL and that the RCB skipper will have to face his deadly yorkers, Kohli said, "Cheeku bhayia! Apne captain ko sledge karega, chal...aakhir seekh hi gaya tu..bas apne Cheeku bhaiya se koi udhari expect mat karna." (You will sledge your captain now, good that you have also learnt how to sledge now but don't expect any favours from your Cheeku bhaiya)

The 2019 edition of the Indian Premier League kicks off on March 23 and RCB will face Mumbai on March 28 in a blockbuster encounter. The two sides have over the years produced some cracker of encounters and this time around it will no different. Both Kohli and Bumrah will have an eye on each other in the battle of the best.
Bumrah had trapped Kohli LBW in his debut season in the IPL but has since failed to dismiss his Indian teammate for a second time. Meanwhile, Kohli enjoys a brilliant record against the pacer having slammed 99 runs off 66 deliveries that he has faced from him in the IPL. Both are currently vital cogs of the Indian team and will look to carry their fine form in the IPL.
