Bhindi Masala Recipe

Bhindi masala is a popular principal route dish made with bhindi cooked in spices and served with chapatis. learn how to make bhindi masala recipe. spicy Indian okra recipe is an indispensable call on any famous eating place menu.


Ingredients:

2 pounds bhindi
2 onions (chopped)
1 tblsp ginger garlic paste
1 tblsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp amchur powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
oil

How to make bhindi masala:

1.Wash and cut bhindi in halves.
2.warmness oil in a wok or kadai.upload cumin seeds and permit it splutter.
3.upload chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.Fry until golden brown.
4.Now upload cut bhindi with relaxation off the spices and stir properly.
5.prepare dinner it on medium flame and keep stirring it ocassionaly so it does no longer stick at bottom.
6.hold feying until bhindis are cooked.
7.Serve bhindi masala warm with chapatis.
